A gorgeous art deco buckle frames a fabulous old tintype of a fancy lady. She has a bit of blush to her cheeks and the flowers on her hat. The buckle is abou 1 3/4 inches long. Lacy old chain and beautiful rhinestone links, old frosted glass beads and pink rhinestone rings.
