A Sparkling Vintage cut steel shoe buckle, from France, is repurposed as a bracelet. Added are a brass filigree and mounted to it, a vintage metal button with a mini cut steel in the center of it's star flower design.
Brass etched chain connects to a brass ring toggle, with an unusual square glass bead. It's unusual metallic grey/pewter patina is repeated in the buckle accented by the mini Aurtian crystal beads dangling here and there!

Measures7 in. and can be adjusted to fit larger.
