My true inspiration when dreaming or designing jewelry is the gorgeous vintage Miriam Haskell jewelry I knew and loved as a child.
I would visit my mother's room and gaze at her collection that was always on display on her dresser.
Necklaces ,earrings, and brooches were organized in the multiple wooden sections of a vintage printers box. [My Mom was creative that way, even before Martha].
I was amazed at the sparkle of the rhinestones,warm glow of the pearls and especially the gorgeous aged patina of the brass filigrees and findings.As soon as I was able, I started to purchase similar pieces, now I create my own designs. Thank you , to Miriam and those that helped her design.

So,here I created a very special bracelet by combining a very old mother of pearl button with a brass filigree. I added vintage rhinestones to embelish this very special bracelet.This sparkling focal point is connected to vintage Miriam Haskell pearls,golden brass bead caps [with beautiful patina],cut crystal beads, brass wire and ring toggle to close.
It measures 8 1/4 in.
