Dating back to the 19th century these Mantle lusters (Lustres) are showstoppers! With the most amazing detail I have ever seen. The figural goddess, made out of porcelain on each side are very beautiful and accent the cranberry jeweled tones of the vases just perfectly. The hand painted gilt florals and swirls in gilt, accented by the gorgeous gilt base, are just wonderful. Truly museum quality and in excellent condition, No chips, breaks cracks or repairs. There is a slight bit of crazing on the each lustre in the portrait are, however nothing distracting etc and a very small amount.
